This mat simply won't slip in ANY yoga asana. The surface is made of a thin PU (polyurethane) layer with a special anti-slip treatment, and the base is 100% recyclable natural rubber. Both materials are bonded by heat treatment, without the use of toxins, silicones, artificial adhesives, phthalates and PVC. Without an unpleasant artificial odor. It is recommended to clean with gentle cleaners without bleach and lukewarm water, ideally after each practice. We do not recommend using oil-based yoga mat cleaners.
