Complaints and Returns

RETURNS

IF the products that you ordered:

  • are not satisfactory to you
  • are different from what you have received
  • are faulty or damaged

How to proceEd:

  • Check if you meet the 14-day return period.
    When does the 14-day return period start? It starts on the day you receive your package and lasts 14 calendar days, not 14 working days.
    That means if you receive the order on May 10, the last day of the 14-day return period is May 23.
  • During those 14 days, you need to send us your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
  • Your withdrawal from the purchase contract can also be sent electronically to: odstoupeni@yogastore.cz
  1. ​Restore the products back to their original state and pack them in the original packaging in which they were delivered.
  2. Include a filled-out return form (download HERE) in the package together with a printed version of the invoice.
  3. If the package includes an original box, do not write on it or stick any labels to it, it would become unsuitable for further sales.

NEVER SEND YOUR RETURNS AS CASH-ON-DELIVERY PARCELS!
The parcel would be returned to you and you would have to re-send it without cash-on-delivery. This would postpone the settlement of your return and make it more expensive, too.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the shipping costs related to returns within the 14-day return period are paid by the customer.
You will be refunded within the statutory period to the bank account stated in your return form.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased, please contact us at obchod@yogastore.cz first.
Email subject: Exchange (order No.: XXXXXX)
In the body of the email, please tell us which product is unsuitable/you want to exchange and which product you want instead (enter the following - name, code, size)
We are going to contact you when we process your exchange request.

 

 

COMPLAINTS

IF YOU WISH TO FILE A COMPLAINT, PROCEED IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:

  1. Fill out the complaint form (download HERE) and include it in the package with the product that you want to file a complaint about.
  2. Send the products to the following address only: YOGA STORE & YOGGYS showroom, Jana Černého 545, 503 41 Hradec Králové.
  3. Send us an email to odstoupeni@yogastore.cz containing a short description of the product's defect and enclose photos of the defect.

The complaint process may take a maximum of 30 days according to the Complaint procedure.
If your complaint is accepted, by law you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs connected with the product about which the complaint was filed.

YOGA MATS by YOGGYS
Their warranty period is 2 years from purchase.
The warranty does not apply to slipperiness, soiling and wear and tear caused by use.

The yoga mats may feel slightly slippery at first, but we recommend gently spraying the mat with water before your practice.
If you do not want to moisten the mat, you may moisten your hands and feet.
Each body is different; some bodies sweat more, some less.
The yoga mats work perfectly if you sweat during your practice.
